Job summary

Owens & Minor is seeking a Director of Commercial Programs to lead supplier-facing initiatives for our distribution and mutual customers. You will shape program strategy, drive cross-functional projects, and partner with suppliers and internal teams to deliver growth and value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Healthcare, Business Administration, or related field.
• 13+ years of experience in healthcare or life sciences, including category management or marketing.
• 6+ years of leadership in category management, sales, or product management.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and enhancement of commercial programs to grow revenue.
• Oversee development of new programs; ensure standardization and scalability.
• Direct daily activities of Commercial Program Managers and teams.
• Manage budget, supplier funding, and top-line growth; report progress monthly.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on growth initiatives and supplier strategies.
• Partner with Sales and Operations to identify profitability opportunities.
• Advise Supply Management on supplier compliance with Risk Management and Legal.
• Build strong C-suite relationships with suppliers and customers.
