Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Business/Real Estate or related field and 7+ years in CRE lending or loan servicing.
• Experience with insurance, reinsurance or financial services company preferred.
• CCIM designation and CFA are desirable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and commercial mortgage servicing systems.

Aufgaben

• Prepare detailed submission packages for MD review and credit committee approval.
• Perform preliminary underwriting and sizing of potential investments.
• Network with brokers, borrowers and appraisers to manage regional relationships.
• Assist with servicing, loan assumptions, escrows, and post-closing items.
• Research market trends and prepare periodic regional reports for management.
• Support regional portfolio surveillance and annual rent roll reviews.
