KeyBank is seeking a Sr. Product Manager for Commercial Lending to lead the end-to-end origination and underwriting platform.

You will drive strategy, design, delivery, and continuous optimization across origination, underwriting, closing, booking, servicing handoffs, and renewals in a unified, client-centric workflow. You will translate lending, risk, operations, data, and tech needs into a scalable product strategy, partner with leaders, and manage cross-functional teams to achieve measurable

Competenze

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
Minimum 8 years in product management or related role within financial services or tech-enabled environment.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and Agile product delivery.
Experience with LOS or enterprise workflow platforms is a plus.

Mansioni

Own and maintain the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities for the commercial lending origination platform.
Define target outcomes, KPIs, and OKRs; align with senior leadership.
Lead the product lifecycle from discovery to adoption and continuous optimization.
Develop domain expertise across commercial lending lifecycle and drive process standardization.
Partner with business, credit, risk, operations, data, and technology leaders on operating models and governance.
Ensure scalable workflow automation and responsible use of AI-enabled capabilities.
