Job summary

Lumen seeks a Sr Director of Commercial Excellence to drive cross-functional, high-impact initiatives and execute the company's three-year strategy. You will manage 2-3 strategic programs concurrently, partnering with AGT and the wider organization to deliver results with speed and precision.

Responsible for framing, governance, and stakeholder engagement, you will build a high-performing team and mentor planning efforts while sustaining continuous improvement and a data-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• 12-15 years of experience in strategy, operations, or project leadership roles with increasing responsibility.
• Proven success leading strategic initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills in complex environments.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills for persuasive narratives.
• Thrives with high operational rigor, is a self-starter, and agile.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with multi-initiative management.
• Proactive leader with a strong bias for action and results at pace.
