Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks an Associate Director of Commercial AI and Advanced Analytics to lead advanced marketing mix and causal analytics across brands. The role emphasizes hands-on modeling, domain translation, and collaboration with Brand, Omnichannel, Field, and Finance teams.

You will build scalable MMx pipelines, ensure explainability and regulatory alignment, and partner with enterprise analytics to deliver timely insights that drive ROI.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, OR related quantitative field.
• Minimum 5 years in pharmaceutical commercial analytics with MMx, MMM or causal analyses.
• Proven experience supporting brand strategy and performance measurement.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end MMx and KDA development to support brand planning and budget optimization.
• Translate modelling outputs into actionable recommendations for Marketing, Brand, Omnichannel, and Finance.
• Design and operate MMx capabilities, including Bayesian approaches and cross‑channel interactions.
• Partner with centralized teams to integrate MMx into analytics solutions.
