Job summary

Warman O'Brien is partnering with a growing biotechnology company to appoint a Senior Director, Clinical Development to provide medical and strategic leadership across its CNS pipeline. This role is based on the US East Coast with remote work flexibility, and requires a strong MD background with neuroscience-focused expertise.

Qualifications

• MD, ideally with specialist training in neurology, psychiatry or a related discipline.
• Significant clinical development experience within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience designing and delivering early- and/or late-stage clinical trials.
• Ability to develop clinical strategies, protocols, development plans and regulatory documents.
• Experience providing medical oversight, interpreting clinical data and supporting benefit-risk assessments.
• Knowledge of CNS biomarkers, clinical endpoints and patient-selection strategies.
• Experience collaborating with regulatory authorities, investigators, KOLs and cross-functional development teams.
• Neuroinflammation or neuroimmunology experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
• Based on the US East Coast, with the ability to work remotely.
