Qualifications

• MD or equivalent medical degree required; board certification/eligibility in Psychiatry or Neurology.
• Minimum 5+ years of industry experience across multiple development phases.
• CNS clinical research experience with development plans and studies.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute global clinical development plans aligned with company strategy.
• Ensure planning, implementation, interpretation of clinical studies, including synopsis/protocols, monitoring, data analysis, and final reports.
• Maintain relationships with investigators, thought leaders, and centers of excellence; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Interact with sites to support recruitment and study conduct quality.
• Communicate program issues and results to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support regulatory interactions, including submissions and presentations.
• Provide clinical/scientific expertise to advance compounds from discovery to lifecycle management.
• Review BD opportunities and translate needs into cost-effective development strategies.
• Comply with regulatory guidance and Acadia policies.
