Acadia Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Director of Clinical Development to lead global clinical development efforts for neuropsychiatric disorders and rare diseases. You will shape strategies, drive programs from early development through milestones, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality programs.

Qualificações

• MD or equivalent required; Board Certified/Eligible strongly preferred.
• Targeting 3 years of relevant medical/clinical practice in pharma.
• Experience with medical monitoring, including clinical research and development plans.
• Experience across several development phases in pharma.
• Established relationships with thought leaders and investigators in depression/mood disorders.
• Experience in rare disease and/or neurology preferred.
• Visible leadership in cross-functional teams across geographies.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Create and execute global clinical development plans aligned with company strategy.
• Oversee planning, execution, and interpretation of studies, including monitoring and reports.
• Maintain relationships with investigators, centers of excellence, and internal stakeholders.
• Support site coordination, patient recruitment, and study conduct quality.
