Prolaio is seeking a Sr. Director of Information Security & Cloud Operations in Chicago, IL. You will own security strategy across AI-driven, cloud-first platforms and build a continuous security/compliance model to meet HITRUST, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and FDA standards.

You will lead security tooling, governance, and cloud architecture (GCP/AWS/Azure), partner with AI teams, and drive risk-based decisions to accelerate innovation while ensuring patient data protection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information security, information systems, or related field.
• 15+ years in healthcare/regulated environments with information security leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute enterprise information security strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead security and compliance programs for HITRUST, ISO 27001, HIPAA, FDA.
