Oracle is seeking an experienced Cloud Data Center leader to manage a multi-disciplinary team onsite in Anthony, NM. The role requires strong people management, technical ops expertise and the ability to coordinate with distributed teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in a data center or cloud environment.
• Strong operational and business acumen with ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience recruiting and developing technical staff across distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage 15–20 Data Center Technicians in a 7/24 mission-critical environment.
• Oversee day-to-day data center operations and incident handling.
• Installations, field change orders and hardware break/fix activities.
• Ensure timely delivery of services to meet milestones and KPIs.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Build, Site Selection and Business Operations.
• Lead incident response, root-cause analysis and post-mortems.
• Plan capacity expansions including rack and white space growth.
• Drive local recruitment for future hires and foster continuous improvement.
