Job summary

Oracle is seeking an experienced Cloud Data Center leader to manage the onsite Anthony, NM data center. You will provide strong leadership, direct 15–20 Data Center Technicians, and coordinate 24/7 mission-critical operations.

The role requires managing incidents, coordinating with distributed teams across the country, and driving recruitment to grow the team. The position emphasizes collaboration with architects, engineers, product management, and operations to deliver expansion projects on

Responsibilities

• Manage 15–20 Data Center Technicians
• Oversee 7/24 day-to-day operations in a mission-critical environment
• Installations, field changes, and hardware break/fix activities
• Ensure timely delivery of services to meet milestones and KPIs
• Collaborate with Engineering, Build, Site Selection, and Business Ops teams
• Respond to incidents, drive resolution and post-incident analyses
• Plan capacity expansion (rack/space growth, new sites)
• Drive local recruitment for future hires
• Foster continuous improvement across the site
