You will oversee residential closing and pre-closing operations across NC, SC, and GA, and lead four Team Leads supporting five business divisions.

• 7+ years in residential real estate closing operations or related field.
• 3+ years senior leadership managing high-volume operations teams.
• Experience with scalable processes and KPIs.
• Strong communication and client-service skills.
