Job summary

BioAge Labs seeks an experienced Senior Director of Clinical Operations to lead the execution of the company’s clinical programs and ongoing trials. You will oversee CROs and key vendors, ensure timelines, budget, data quality and GCP compliance, reporting to the VP of Clinical Operations in a small, collaborative team.

You will drive operational strategy, RBQM, risk mitigation, and KPI tracking while remaining productive in a remote environment with travel up to 35% as needed.

Qualifications

• Clinical research leadership and oversight of trials.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines and CROs.
• Ability to drive risk-based quality management and RBQM.
• Strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of clinical programs and trials with timelines, budget, and resources.
• Supervise CROs, vendors for data management, pharmacovigilance, lab services.
• Maintain GCP compliance and drive RBQM strategies.
• Mentor team members and provide operational input on study design and logistics.
