Job summary

BioAge Labs is seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Manager to lead ophthalmology programs across Phase I–III. This fully remote role supports global sites with oversight of CROs, vendors, budgets, and timelines. You will ensure GCP/ICH compliance, data integrity, and inspection readiness while driving study success.

You will report to the VP of Clinical Operations, mentor junior staff, and travel to study sites as needed to strengthen site relationships and operational execution.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Health, Life Sciences, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience overseeing ophthalmic clinical trials.
• Minimum of 7 years of clinical operations or trial management experience.
• At least 5 years of independent clinical trial development and execution experience.
• Experience leading Phase I–III, global/regional/multi-site trials.
• Experience managing CROs, vendors, budgets, timelines, and cross-functional deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead Phase I–III ophthalmology trials, regional/global complexity.
• Provide senior ops leadership across study lifecycle.
• Drive study plans, timelines, budgets, risk mitigation, and vendor oversight.
• Serve as primary ops lead for assigned studies or workstreams.
• Lead cross-functional teams and align stakeholders, CROs, sites.
• Oversee CRO/vendor performance, deliverables, budgets, and timelines.
• Develop budgets, timelines, and operational feasibility assessments.
• Identify risks and implement contingency strategies.
• Maintain TMF, data systems, and inspection readiness.
• Prepare regular study updates and performance dashboards.
