Job summary

BioAge Labs seeks a Senior Director of Clinical Operations to lead and optimize the execution of its clinical programs. Reporting to the VP of Clinical Operations, you will drive strategic operational plans, manage CROs and vendors, and ensure timelines, budget, and trial quality.

You will thrive in a fast-paced biotech environment, mentor team members, and travel up to 35% as needed while maintaining data-driven oversight across multiple trials.

Qualifications

• Experience leading trials in cardiovascular, metabolic disease, or ophthalmology.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and CRO/vendor relationships.
• Strong data-driven decision making and risk mitigation.
• Remote work experience with travel up to 35%.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor junior clinical operations team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee execution of clinical programs, budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Lead CRO/vendor management and site monitoring activities.
• Maintain GCP compliance and quality across trials.
• Develop KPIs and risk-mitigation plans for each trial.
• Provide strategic operational input to BioAge teams.
