Job summary

BioAge Labs is seeking a Director, Clinical Science to provide scientific and clinical leadership for Phase 1-3 trials, including first-in-human studies. This fully remote role allows residence anywhere in the continental US.

You will oversee protocol development, medical monitoring, safety review, and cross-functional trial execution to advance BioAge's aging-focused programs. The role requires a PharmD or equivalent advanced degree and 5+ years in clinical drug development, with strong writing

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent advanced degree required.
• Active pharmacist or medical licensure preferred but not required.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in clinical drug development within pharma/biotech.
• Experience supporting Phase 1-3 trials and medical monitoring.
• Experience drafting regulatory submission documents and interacting with health authorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical trial planning, monitoring, safety review, and data integrity.
• Provide clinical guidance on enrollment decisions and protocol interpretation.
• Contribute to protocol design, analyses, and regulatory submissions.
• Author/review clinical sections of INDs/CTAs and briefing books; interface with FDA/EMA.
• Integrate nonclinical, translational, biomarker, and clinical data for program decisions.
• Lead development and amendment of study protocols and ICFs; supervise safety monitoring.
