Job summary

Essen Health Care in Bronx, NY, seeks a Senior Director of Clinical Education & Workforce Development to lead the Academics department, design education programs, and build sustainable talent pipelines across our network.

This onsite, full-time leadership role partners with clinical operations, Talent Acquisition and Compliance to translate workforce priorities into scalable partnerships, programs, and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, education, business, or related field.
• Five to seven years of progressive experience in academic program management or related area.
• Master’s degree in healthcare administration or related discipline is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Academics department, workforce development portfolio, and Centers of Excellence.
• Design, expand, and evaluate education programs to build sustainable talent pipelines.
• Partner with universities, training programs, and community organizations.
• Oversee program operations, budgets, and compliance.
• Define KPIs and develop dashboards for executive reporting.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Talent Acquisition, and other stakeholders.
