LEAP of California seeks a Director of Clinical Case Management to provide agency-wide leadership and oversight of its case management, social work, and clinical services. This leader will set clinical standards, ensure regulatory compliance, and advance a coordinated, person-centered clinical model for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

You will lead LEAP’s social work team, supervise staff, partner with the CEO and department leaders, and translate data and quality

Formación

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Current California LCSW license in good standing.
• Meets applicable California BBS requirements to provide clinical supervision to associate clinicians.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, supervise, coach, and develop LEAP's social work/clinical team.
• Provide clinical supervision to staff and partner with an external clinical consultant to ensure supervision.
• Observe staff practice, review cases, and coach to strengthen clinical judgment.
• Monitor caseloads, workload, staff capacity, and clinical practice across regions.
• Lead case consultation and support social workers in complex cases and crises.
• Identify training and professional-development needs for staff and providers and build team capacity to deliver LEAP's clinical model consistently.
