Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Senior Client Success Manager in Kentucky to own client health and value realization across an assigned portfolio, reporting directly to the segment CEO. You will identify risks early, propose remediation, and deliver data-driven visibility into performance for a broad mix of accounts.

You’ll lead high-visibility projects, drive planning, scheduling, budgeting and risk management, and partner with Operations and Account Management to strengthen client retention across 55–60

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years of experience in operations, customer success, account leadership, or client service roles.

Join a high-impact role responsible for client health and value realization across an assigned portfolio of accounts, serving as an independent, retention-focused function reporting directly to the segment CEO. As a core component of the company’s evolving enterprise operating model, this role focuses on proactive client risk identification and mitigation, providing proactive visibility into data-driven client risk indicators and improvement opportunities across a broad portfolio of accounts. Client Success leaders support portfolios of approximately 55-60 accounts with focus dedicated to a limited number (~10) of large, strategic, or important accounts determined by leadership.

Provides strategic vision and direction, leading organization or its business function. Oversees area of responsibility, directing the responsibilities of employees. Holds management accountability for a business, division, major geography, corporate function or major corporate sub-function. Develops, establishes and approves long-term vision and strategy for the area managed. Goal achievement is typically accomplished through performance of direct and / or indirect reports. The scope of responsibility includes the entire organization and / or selected line of business / business entity.

Pay Range

$156230 - $202180

Incentive Eligibility

Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary

• Results-focused approach supporting both tactical execution and short-term operational priorities.

Requirements

• Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Related Experience: 5-10 years of experience in operations, customer success, account leadership, or client service roles.
