Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a senior operations leader to oversee a portfolio of accounts across a dynamic region in the United States. You will mentor and empower on-site teams, build strong client relationships, and drive operational excellence to achieve client satisfaction and business goals.

You will influence, coach, and manage resources, guide performance, and participate in budgeting and strategic planning to deliver exceptional service and growth across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years of management experience.
• 7+ years of related experience.

About The Job

Take the lead in overseeing multiple accounts within a dynamic region, where you’ll champion operational excellence, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure a high standard of client and guest satisfaction. This role offers the opportunity to mentor and empower on-site teams, build lasting client relationships, and shape the success of business operations across a diverse portfolio. Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.

Pay Range:

$134640 per year - $174240 per year

Incentive Eligibility:

Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary
