Job summary

ApotheCom, a leader in medical communications, seeks an Associate Director, Client Services to shape and deliver impactful scientific communications and publications. You will partner with clients and internal teams to oversee initiatives from strategic planning through flawless delivery.

You will work across Scientific Services, Meetings, and Creative/Digital to bring bold ideas to life, supporting accounts and teams with growth and success while upholding scientific integrity and client

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in medical communications with a focus on publications and client service.
• Bachelor of Science degree preferred.
• Experience with iEnvision.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and digital collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead account delivery and ensure on-time, on-budget, strategy-aligned work.
• Contribute to proposals, budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting.
• Build strong client relationships and translate science into clear communications.
• Coach and mentor client services colleagues for growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Scientific Services, Meetings, and Creative/Digital.
• Identify opportunities and develop new business within accounts.
• Stay informed on healthcare communications standards and best practices.
• Uphold commitment to scientific rigor and exceptional client service.
