Job summary

The Trade Desk is a global technology company and the world’s leading independent platform for digital advertising. We seek a senior client-facing executive to own strategic oversight of a high-complexity portfolio with agencies and brands, and to drive YoY revenue growth, leadership development, and cross-functional collaboration at scale.

You will shape portfolio strategy, guide senior stakeholders, and build a high-performing team while acting as a trusted internal advocate for client needs

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of professional experience in enterprise or B2B settings.
  • Proven success in building and scaling senior client relationships, including at executive level.
  • Proven track record driving significant revenue growth across large, complex enterprise accounts.
  • 6+ years of people leadership experience, including managing managers or senior ICs.
  • Experience shaping strategy and influencing senior cross-functional and executive stakeholders.

What you'll do:
  • Own strategic oversight of a high complex portfolio, serving as the senior client-facing executive in key relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers at agencies and brands.
  • Set portfolio strategy and goals that ladder up to broader vertical/companyobjectives, and own accountability for tracking and reporting progress against revenue and growth targets to senior leadership.
  • Build and scale a high-performing team to drive sustained YoY growth
  • Own team capacity planning and resourcing decisions across multiplepod, ensuring consistent, high-quality account support at scale.
  • Build a leadership pipeline:identify, coach, and develop future leaders, with direct accountability for succession planning on the team.
  • Serve as a subject-matter authority on company capabilities and differentiators, shaping how the broader org positions them to unlock revenue and solve complex client needs.
  • Act as the senior internal advocate for clients' product needs, influencing cross-functional and executive stakeholders on roadmap and prioritization.
  • Cultivate senior, trust-based relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including at the executive level.
  • Partner with Sales and Trading leaders at a senior level to align strategy and drive performance across Client Services.
  • Lead cross-functional problem-solving with other functional leaders, identifying organization-wide opportunities for growth, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Who you are:
  • 10+ years of relevant professional experience, with 6+ years of programmatic experience in trading or a hands-on-keyboardfunction. Enterprise or B2B experiencestronglypreferred.
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling senior client relationships, including at the executive/C-suite level.
  • Proventrack recorddriving significant revenue growth across large, complex enterprise accounts.
  • 6+ years ofpeopleleadership experience, including experience managing managers or senior individual contributors, witha track recordof developing talent into next-level leadership roles.
  • Experience shaping strategy and influencing senior cross-functional and executive stakeholders.

In accordance with various US state laws, the range provided is the Trade Desk's reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and location. All employees may be eligible to become The Trade Desk shareholders through eligibility for stock-based compensation grants, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. The Trade Desk also offers other compensation depending on the role such as variable compensation-based incentives and commissions. Plus, expected benefits for this role include comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with premiums paid in full for employees and dependents, retirement benefits such as a 401k plan and company match, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, well-being benefits, reimbursement for certain tuition expenses, parental leave, sick time of 1 hour per 30 hours worked, vacation time for full-time employees up to 120 hours thru the first year and 160 hours thereafter, and around 13 paid holidays per year. Base Salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a salary range. The base salary range for this role is $135,400 - $248,300 USD
