Job summary

Vizient in Irving, Texas, seeks a Sr Dir, Delivery Project Management to lead the Delivery Project Management organization, overseeing client-facing PMs delivering complex engagements with cross-functional teams. You will drive governance, resource planning, and performance metrics to maximize client value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or equivalent in a related field.
• MBA preferred for strategic leadership responsibilities.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in project or program delivery.
• Experience leading cross-functional delivery teams in healthcare or related industries.
• PMP/Agile/Lean Six Sigma or similar certifications preferred.
• Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing Delivery Project Management organization with clear priorities and accountability.
• Coach and develop PM leaders and team members with structured feedback and succession planning.
• Guide organizational change by adopting new tools and ways of working while sustaining engagement.
• Partner with Account Management and senior stakeholders to align delivery with business priorities and report progress.
• Establish governance, standards, metrics, and reporting to improve delivery and client satisfaction.
• Lead strategic initiatives including responsible AI adoption and cross-functional collaboration.
