Job summary

Vizient, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver client engagements of moderate complexity. You will work with Account Management and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery aligned with client objectives and contractual commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, PM, Healthcare Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2+ years in project management, consulting, client services, business operations, or related experience.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects in a matrixed environment.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, project management tools, and AI-enabled productivity tools.
• Demonstrate effective use of AI tools to solve business problems and refine outputs.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned client engagements by developing project plans, coordinating activities, and managing deliverables to ensure successful execution and client commitments.
• Manage project schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues and resolve barriers to delivery.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, governance standards, and documentation requirements.
• Partner with Account Management and cross-functional teams to coordinate project activities and support successful client outcomes.
• Build collaborative relationships with internal and client stakeholders to facilitate communication and resolve issues.
• Monitor project performance, resource utilization, and operational metrics to keep projects on track and aligned with objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve project execution and client satisfaction through continuous improvement.
