Job summary

Vizient, Inc. is seeking a Sr Dir, Delivery Project Management to lead a client-facing PMO delivering complex engagements. You will guide cross-functional teams across delivery, operations, technology, and account management to ensure governance and on-time value realization.

You will shape resource planning, performance metrics, and continuous improvement, leveraging AI-enabled insights while promoting accountability and collaboration across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years leading complex, cross-functional project or program delivery.
• Experience in healthcare, supply chain, consulting or tech-enabled services.
• 5+ years coaching high-performing project delivery teams.
• Proven success with client-facing initiatives and executive relationships.
• Experience in governance, metrics, and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead Delivery Project Management organization with clear priorities and accountability.
• Coach leaders and teams; drive talent development and succession planning.
• Align work to strategic priorities and adopt new tools and ways of working.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align delivery strategies with business needs.
• Maintain executive governance, report progress, risks, and value realization.
• Establish governance, standards, metrics, and reporting for delivery excellence.
• Identify opportunities to optimize contract utilization and client value.
• Lead organizational change and cross-functional collaboration.
• Drive responsible AI adoption to improve productivity and decisions.
