Job summary

Vizient is seeking a Senior Director of Delivery Project Management to lead a client-facing PMO, driving complex engagements through cross-functional teams and governance. This leadership role focuses on strategic delivery, operational excellence, and value realization for diverse healthcare and supply chain initiatives.

You will mentor PM leaders, manage multi-project portfolios, and advance responsible AI adoption to optimize client outcomes and organization-wide performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years leading complex cross-functional delivery programs.
• Healthcare, supply chain, or technology-enabled services experience.
• 5+ years coaching high-performing delivery teams.
• Strong client-facing leadership with executive relationships.
• Experience with governance, metrics, and resource planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing Delivery Project Management organization with clear priorities and accountability.
• Coach and develop PM leaders and team members for growth and succession.
• Align work to strategic priorities and drive adoption of new tools and processes.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure commitments are achieved and value realized.
• Communicate progress and risks through executive governance reviews.
• Establish governance, standards, and reporting to improve delivery efficiency.
• Drive responsible AI adoption and ensure outputs are reviewed for business alignment.
