This senior role oversees investigations, policy development, training, and prevention efforts, partnering with Legal Affairs, HR, student services, and campus leaders to promote fair, timely processes and a culture of compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide university-wide leadership for Title IX and civil rights compliance.
• Oversee investigations, resolution, and documentation of reports across the office.
• Advise leadership on regulatory requirements, significant cases and institutional risks.
• Develop, implement, evaluate, and maintain policies, procedures, and training related to civil rights and Title IX compliance.
• Ensure supportive measures and equitable processes for all parties.
• Foster partnerships across USU campuses and external agencies.
