• Master's degree required.
• At least five years of professional experience in higher education.
• Knowledge of Title IX, ADA, Section 504, and related laws.
• Experience administering compliance programs, investigations, training, and policy implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Office for Compliance and supervise staff.
• Establish annual priorities, procedures, and records standards for compliance programs.
• Advise senior leadership on compliance risks and corrective actions.
• Maintain independence and direct access to senior leadership for substantive matters.
• Prepare reports and monitor deadlines for compliance obligations.
