Job summary

Southern University at New Orleans seeks a Director of Compliance (ADA & Title IX) to lead the Office for Compliance, serving as the Title IX and ADA Coordinator. You will develop prevention programs, coordinate training, and oversee responses to reports of sex discrimination and power-based violence, ensuring timely, confidential, impartial investigations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher required.
• At least five years of professional experience in higher education.
• Know ledge of Title IX, ADA, Section 504, and related laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Office for Compliance, Title IX Coordinator, and ADA Coordinator.
• Develop and implement training and educational programs; oversee investigations and responses to reports of discrimination and power-based violence.
• Advise senior leadership on compliance risks, trends, and corrective actions.
• Ensure accessible services and accommodations across campus; coordinate reporting and records.
