Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive catastrophe modeling or related data-engineering leadership experience.
• Proven ability to translate model output into underwriting guidance and portfolio decisions.
• Strong technical skills in RMS/AIR and data tooling, with a track record of leading teams during real-time event responses.

Responsibilities

• Build and mentor a team of catastrophe modeling analysts and automation developers.
• Set the technical roadmap for cat modeling, data pipelines, and reporting tooling.
• Coordinate external deliverables to carriers and reinsurance partners and ensure timely, accurate outputs.
