Job summary

CT State Community College seeks an Associate Dean of Campus Operations to oversee the day-to-day campus environment, facilities, maintenance, custodial services, financial support services, IT services, emergency preparedness, and auxiliary services. They will assist the President/CEO in managing the campus budget and liaise with local, State, and College officials.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in an appropriate field; five or more years in higher education/academic administration; includes supervision experience.
• Strong budget and fiscal management knowledge; facilities and capital planning experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills; ability to work with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee campus environment and administration of facilities, maintenance, custodial, and auxiliary services.
• Lead budget and financial support services, IT services, and emergency preparedness.
• Serve as liaison with local, state, and college officials and support President/CEO on budget management.
• Ensure safe, efficient operation of campus buildings, equipment, and utilities.
