Job summary

CT State Community College in New Haven is seeking a Campus Associate Dean of Student Development to manage day-to-day campus student services operations, including Student Life, Student Activities, Student Conduct, and Title IX, reporting to the Campus Dean. You will build collaborative relationships with faculty and staff to support student success.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related academic discipline with 2+ years of admin and managerial experience in higher education.
• Proven ability to lead student conduct matters and supervise staff.
• Knowledge of accreditation standards and experience with outcomes assessment.
• Strong data analysis, information literacy, and evidence-based decision making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
