Job summary

Cooley LLP seeks a Campaign Strategy Senior Manager to join the Marketing & Client Development team in leading journey mapping, template development, and cross-channel activation. You will partner with BU marketers to translate strategy into repeatable, data-backed experiences across events and digital channels.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of relevant experience, strong data storytelling, and hands-on CRM/analytics know-how.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in the field with 2+ years in exempt/management roles.
• Proven ability to map customer journeys across the lifecycle.
• Advanced data storytelling and analytics to optimize campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with CRM, web, orchestration, analytics and PM tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end mapping of client journeys from BU marketing plans.
• Develop a library of standard journey templates for repeatable execution.
• Coordinate tactics across channels to connect steps in the journey.
• Monitor campaign health and adjust creative, targeting, cadence.
• Define segmentation and dynamic content rules for personalization.
• Partner with BU Marketers to reflect business needs.
• Ensure journey setup aligns with strategic intent with Digital Experience team.
• Lead UAT for multi-touch journeys and verify triggers.
• Provide post-mortem insights to BU stakeholders.
• Coordinate content creation for campaigns across teams.
• Lead and mentor direct reports; assist in staffing and development.
