You will lead end-to-end journey design, create standardized templates, and ensure connected tactics across channels. You’ll optimize performance with the Insights team and mentor a team, aligning with business needs and firm strategy.

The role emphasizes personalization, stakeholder collaboration, and real-time optimization in a fast-paced legal services environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in marketing/strategy with 2+ years in management.
• Proven experience designing and mapping customer journeys.
• Strong data storytelling and campaign optimization skills.
• Hands-on CRM, web analytics and orchestration experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end mapping of client journeys across lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain a library of standard journey templates.
• Coordinate tactics and ensure connectivity across channels.
• Monitor performance and adjust campaigns to boost engagement.
• Define segmentation and dynamic content rules for personalization.
• Collaborate with BU Marketers and the Digital Experience team.
• Lead UAT, ensure tracking and automation work correctly.
• Synthesize insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Coordinate content development for campaigns and mentor direct reports.
