Job summary

Alignment Health is seeking a Senior Director of CAHPS and HOS Strategy to translate enterprise CAHPS/HOS initiatives into actionable field-level interventions and drive 5-Star performance. This role reports to the VP of Stars and coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to improve member experience across clinics and groups.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare quality, member experience, and provider performance improvement.
• Experience in health plans, provider organizations, or quality-focused healthcare settings.
• Proven track record of moving CAHPS/HOS metrics within a Medicare Advantage environment.

Responsibilities

• Translate CAHPS/HOS strategies into detailed operational roadmaps and owner project lifecycle for all member experience initiatives to ensure 5-Star performance.
• Direct the annual refresh, maintenance and field implementation of the Provider Playbook with clinic-level interventions.
• Analyze CAHPS and HOS data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and develop action plans with leaders and providers.
• Maintain a 60%+ field presence for in-person reviews and KPI-aligned strategy implementation.
• Collaborate with Stars, Member Services, Network Management and Quality to improve touchpoints impacting satisfaction.
