• Demonstrated results through leading complex, cross-functional work and delivering measurable business results.
• Proven track record as an entrepreneurial change leader who can deliver results across competing priorities.
• Ability to make decisions with incomplete or ambiguous information, adapt quickly as conditions change, and hold others accountable for outcomes.
• Ability to influence, build partnerships, and communicate with senior leaders across Claims & Service and USRM.
• Deep knowledge of claims operations, insurance regulations, and supporting systems, typically acquired through a bachelor's degree and 10+ years of progressively responsible experience.
• Ability to travel as needed, up to 25%.

As the Senior Director, Business Reinvention for Auto Claims in USRM, you will own the results of the Auto Claims human-centered, AI transformation. You will serve as the transformation lead for a cross‑functional team of partners. This is an individual contributor role that leads through influencing and driving outcomes. You will set direction and priorities, make key decisions, strengthen cross‑functional partnerships, and be accountable for delivering outcomes for our customers, our employees, and our business. This role reports directly to the SVP of USRM Auto Physical Damage Claims.
