AeroVironment, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Business Operations to act as the principal operational and strategic partner to the Directed Energy VP.

You will influence financial performance, program execution, and enterprise alignment, driving portfolio performance and long-range planning across all Directed Energy programs and product lines. The role requires executive-level collaboration, adept risk management, and a proven track record in leading cross-functional initiatives to

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or engineering or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 7 years in a leadership role.
• Experience supporting or managing P&L driven businesses.
• Must be a US citizen with the ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Drive portfolio performance and financial strategy across Directed Energy programs.
• Lead cross-functional governance and integration across PM, Engineering, Finance, Contracts, and Supply Chain.
• Shape growth strategy, investment priorities, and bid/no-bid decisions with pricing and risk considerations.
• Support executive leadership with portfolio visibility into performance trends and risk posture.
