• Proven ability to design scalable operating models and lead transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead HCIB-US Branch operations and coordinate with accountable teams.
• Establish operating rhythms, governance, reporting, and escalation.
• Oversee regulatory responses and risk programs affecting branch operations.
• Manage service delivery across affiliated providers and monitor KPIs.
