Job summary

enGene is seeking a Sr. Director of Insights & Analytics to lead data-driven commercial insights across commercial, medical affairs and market access functions. You will shape launch strategy and long-term growth by translating complex data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

The role requires partnering with cross-functional leaders and diving into datasets to uncover trends, building dashboards and real-time reporting for internal stakeholders. Hybrid Boston-based position.

Qualifications

• Degree in life sciences, statistics, data science, economics or related field; advanced degree preferred (MBA/PhD).
• 8+ years in insights, analytics or commercial strategy in biotech/pharma/healthcare.
• Strong skills in quantitative and qualitative research methods and data visualization.
• Experience in pre-commercial or early-launch environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead insights and analytics strategy to support commercial, medical and market access goals.
• Develop market and competitive intelligence, including sizing, forecasting and segmentation.
• Design and execute research studies (surveys, advisory boards, KOL interviews, real-world analyses).
• Transform data into actionable insights for senior leadership and decisions.
