Qualifications

• PhD in statistics, biostatistics, or related quantitative discipline preferred.
• 10+ years of biostatistics experience in pharma/biotech, including clinical development.
• Strong understanding of trial design and statistics concepts; applies to real-world challenges.
• Proficient in SAS and R; EAST experience a plus; CDISC SDTM/ADaM familiarity.
• Ability to manage priorities, timelines, and communicate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead biostatistical strategy for assigned clinical programs and conduct study design, SAPs, and analysis.
• Oversee data analyses, interpretation, and preparation of regulatory submissions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate statistical considerations into plans.
• Manage statistical vendors and ensure high-quality outputs and QC of results.
• Support interim analyses, DSMB meetings, and other statistical activities as needed.
• Contribute to global regulatory submissions and scientific publications as needed.
