Qualifications

• PhD or MS in statistics/biostatistics with clinical trials or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Proficiency in SAS, R or Python and implementation of advanced statistical analyses.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, writing and organizational skills.
• Experience in global regulatory interactions and guiding statisticians.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Biostatistics function across therapeutic areas.
• Provide statistical input to development strategies and regulatory submissions.
• Guide and manage statisticians; ensure high-quality, timely deliverables.
• Represent the company in regulatory interfaces and industry discussions.
