Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibble is seeking an Associate Director of Biostatistics to join cross-functional development teams. You will contribute to trial design, analysis planning, interpretation of results, and regulatory submissions.

With experience, you may support a specific indication and collaborate with the Biostatistics Lead and other team members. You will apply extensive knowledge of statistical methods to clinical development, lead multiple studies, and engage as a scientific partner in the

Qualifications

• PhD with 6+ years’ experience or MS with 8+ years’ experience in statistics/biostatistics linked to clinical trials or drug development.
• Proficiency in SAS, R or Python and advanced statistical methods.
• Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Expertise in statistical/clinical trials methodology for clinical development.
• Understanding of regulatory landscape and experience with regulatory interactions.

Responsibilities

• Design of innovative and efficient clinical trials; select populations/endpoints and contribute to strategy.
• Defend protocols and analysis plans; independently review protocols.
• Author/review protocol, SAP, CSRs, publications and other study documents.
• Present data and analyses clearly and transparently.
• Provide statistical support for health authority requests, publications, and disclosures.
