CareDx, a leading precision medicine diagnostics company, seeks a Senior Director of Pharma Partnerships to shape and drive its biopharma collaboration strategy across transplant and oncology diagnostics in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will guide opportunity development, strategic account plans, and external relationship expansion.

The role requires deep scientific and commercial acumen, exceptional executive communications, and success closing complex partnerships with pharma/biotech firms.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in biopharma partnerships, business development, or alliance management.
• Proven track record closing complex pharma/biotech partnerships with business impact.
• Strong executive communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute pharma partnership strategy across transplant and oncology diagnostics.
• Own high-quality portfolio of strategic opportunities for bookings, revenue, and growth.
• Lead negotiations, pricing, contracting, and deal closure with pharma partners.
• Collaborate with R&D, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, and Commercial teams to enable execution.
