Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Sr Director of Process Engineering CGT to set enterprise direction for biologics drug substance and cell/gene therapy manufacturing within Strategic Investment. You will lead process platform deployment, design, and technical governance across multiple sites.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years in engineering, manufacturing, or capital projects.
• Experience with biologics drug substance or CGT programs preferred.
• Ability to lead across global sites and disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering leadership for process design, platform deployment and project delivery.
• Establish global engineering standards and governance for the portfolio.
• Collaborate with operations, QA, EHS and external partners.
• Drive risk management, safety and compliance in capital projects.
