Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising for Beyond Coal; manage donor prospects and grants.
• Steward donor relationships; provide updates, reports, and impact messaging.
• Oversee budget and resource deployment to hit campaign goals.
• Lead strategy, planning, and evaluation centered on equity and inclusion.
• Mentor staff; build a high-performing, diverse campaign team.
• Collaborate with Campaigns team, Field Department, and partners.
• Represent Sierra Club to media, funders, and stakeholders.
