Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline is required; master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience across manufacturing, engineering, or technical operations leadership.
• Experience working as an Engineer and leading high-impact initiatives in a complex environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across diverse audiences.
• Deep beverage production technology knowledge with digital capability awareness.
• Operational Excellence experience including SALT, Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and SMED.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on problem solving and measurable outcomes.
• Willingness to travel ~50%.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise-minded leadership across bottling partners and stakeholders to identify and advance capabilities and technologies.
• Define success criteria for technology pilots and translate learnings into broader adoption.
• Champion productivity initiatives and ensure opportunities become actionable, owned, and measurable.
• Lead cross-bottler collaboration and problem-solve complex operational challenges.
