Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Senior Director, Technical Operations, to accelerate adoption of best-in-class capabilities across the franchised bottling system in Atlanta, USA. You will translate bottler challenges into scalable, measurable solutions driving productivity, cost savings, and improved KPIs.

You will lead cross-functional teams, evaluate new technologies, and guide pilots from concept through implementation to deliver value across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline required.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise-minded leadership across bottling partners and stakeholders to adopt best-in-class capabilities and tech across the bottling system.
• Lead capability and technology focus areas using data and bottler feedback to maximize network impact.
• Guide pilots by defining success criteria and measuring outcomes for broader adoption.
• Champion productivity initiatives with benchmarking and action-oriented outcomes.
• Leverage SALT, Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and SMED for root-cause analysis and problem solving.
