Cayuga Health System is seeking an experienced administrator to lead Cayuga Addiction Recovery Services locations in Ithaca, NY. You will oversee residential, outpatient, and mobile units, drive strategic initiatives, and partner with leadership to align services with organizational goals.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and 3–5 years in healthcare leadership, with strong analytics and regulatory expertise, including OASAS/DOH frameworks.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 3–5 years of healthcare leadership experience with second-level management.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decisions.
• Ability to operate in a highly regulated environment.
• Working knowledge of NYS regulatory frameworks: NYS OASAS, OMH, OPWDD, OCFS, DOH and/or Medicaid/Medicare.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the administrator with overall responsibility for operational effectiveness of residential, outpatient, and mobile unit areas at CARS.
• Provide oversight to programs, financial performance, and asset stewardship.
• Demonstrate strong financial acumen to manage budgets and resource allocations.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance services and outcomes.
• Collaborate with leadership to align goals with organizational objectives.
• Participate in development of the behavioral health service line and engage stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (OASAS/DEA) and related policies.
• Oversee staffing levels, staff engagement, and performance improvement.
