Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred; emphasis in Business, Public Health or Healthcare Administration.
• 3–5 years in healthcare leadership with second‑level management experience.
• Analytical, data‑driven decision making in a regulated environment.
• Knowledge of NYS regulatory frameworks (OASAS/OMH/OPWDD/etc.).

Responsibilities

• Act as administrator with overall operational effectiveness of residential, outpatient and mobile units.
