Job summary

Link Rehab and Wellness is seeking an experienced Regional Director of Behavioral Health to lead our senior mental health program across assisted living communities. The role provides executive-level clinical oversight and operational leadership to ensure high quality, compliant, and ethical services for older adults.

The director will oversee clinical operations, staff development, compliance, and quality assurance while collaborating with regional teams and leadership to ensure program growth

Qualifications

• Licensed mental health professional in good standing.
• 7+ years of progressive clinical leadership experience, including 3+ years in multi-site or regional oversight roles.
• Proven experience working with senior populations and managing mental health programs in assisted living or similar settings.
• Strong working knowledge of Medicare regulations and behavioral health compliance.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations and ensure consistency in care delivery across sites.
• Lead development and implementation of strategic initiatives to enhance clinical quality and program reach.
• Mentor and develop Regional Clinical Directors and other clinical leaders; collaborate with recruitment on staff onboarding and training.
• Ensure full regulatory compliance with Medicare, HIPAA, and state behavioral health standards; lead documentation reviews and quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide oversight and support to assisted living communities to evaluate clinical services and strengthen local teams; build partnerships with facility administrators.
• Use clinical and operational data to assess outcomes, improve efficiency, and inform strategic decisions; report to COO and senior leadership.
